The message below was from the owner, Joseph Carroll. Since it was sent from an iPhone and there was several spelling errors, and the message does not sound AT ALL like any business owner, I'm not certain if it really was. But I would like to meet with this person so I can 1). Find out what exactly I said that prompted such hateful speech (so as to avoid this type reaction elsewhere) if indeed it came from him, and 2). Allow him to meet me so he can see I did not mean to offend him by giving my customer feedback which was 40% positive and 60% negative. And, only given because of the prompting of more photo viewing of proofs which was apparently a studio mistake to begin with (as I was told).
I never mentioned the ploy used on my family in the studio to try to get us to spend money after we said we couldn't afford it. (Suddenly a better deal was available!). But we just took our free 8x10 and so I guess we are cheap. Well, I say, don't offer something you don't want your customers to accept!

You must have too much time on your hands. You take the cake for thee most insulting customer in 21 years. Not to mention the cheapest. You wouldn't know a good portrait if it slapped you in the face. As soon as I get to the studio i'm going to erase your images. You must really hate them so much that you nearly begged me to put them back up online. Face it your just too cheap to spend $40 lousy bucks on beautiful portraits. I always know a cheepscape when he want his relatives to buy them for him. The ultimate cheapo. Happy Thanksgiving don't bother replying beause I have blocked you and you are never allowed in my business.
