Back in October 2009, Josh Levanthal and i met, he claims his so-called Rent to own company will get me into a rent to own house, I gave Josh a down payment and i made the rest of the payment on a monthly basis, all together Levanthal stole from me $5, 000. Immediatelly after i sent him the last payment i did not hear from Josh, so i kept e-mailing him, so this continues, part of his job was to get my housing preference and look for the properties and i were to view them, Josh did that a couple of times then stop, so then i decided to do the research myself, i would find houses and e-mail them to him and he was supose to contact the the agents he did not do that then i also ended up doing so myself, if i like a proprty i would tell Josh then he would make the offer with the agen...Each and every propery Josh would tell me they never get back to him nor did he do any follow up. Then i came to realize Josh was not making those so-call offers he was talking about. Josh sometimes would ignore my e-mails for as long as 1month until i did a follow e-mail. after a year i got tired of him not doing what he promises so i ask him for my money back then he said no reufunds, then i said you have not lived up to your part of the deal, then he gave me some excuse. he claims that the program will work to just have patience, then same behavior continues, i worked my but off calling agents finding houses going to go sees and sending them to Josh so he can make the offer, i just was not getting any response from him until i do again a follow up, then i get tired of. he recently told me he had to go out of towna nd that he could not make any offers until he got back, then when he came back from his so called trip almost 2 weeks ago i e-mailed him an i got no response still this point...the final e-mail that i sent him was to refund my money or i will take legal actions which i intend to do. I work to full time jobs to support myslef and a baby on the way two weeks from, $5, 000 is alot to thrown away on an scam artist... I just want my money back and i will do everything legally in my power to have him pay what he stole from.
