Ordered some wellies from Joules using a 20% off discount code. Received my goods only to find that the wellies were second-hand and well used!

Disgusting - I had been sent footwear that had been worn by someone else and Joules were passing it off as new!

The heels were worn, the boots were scuffed and scratched heavily and the soles were dirty with chunks of mud still in them - gross!
