I got several repeated calls from this company saying they could help reduce the rates on my credit cards. I eventually gave in to their call. During my conversation with their agent, Leo, i repeatedly told him if this is going to cost me anything then i am not interested to which he told me get paid through the credit bureau, exactly what agency he said, i cannot remember.

Eventually, the credit card company would not speak with them directly and i eventually got the rate reduced. However i was surprised to see a charge of USD 749 on my credit card, how, and the parameters they used in arriving at that i dont know. I have tried several times to talk to them to explain to me but no one will.

Please beware of this company as they are just out to scam, defraud and worsen your credit situation.
