Don't ever book a party here! Poor planning on their part. Gloria (owner) had the managers to call to cancel our graduation party the day of because they had booked the party on "fight night" Saturday (5/7/11). This party was scheduled and paid for 1 month in advance. When we refused to pay more money to watch the fight, they called the police and had ...us evicted... Police were in disbelief that they were canceling our party. We still had at least $200 worth of food still on the table when the police were called. I have been a loyal patron of J.R Crickets for over 17 years, I will NEVER do business with them again!

We were yelled at, threatened, and intimidated to leave by 11pm or the police would get involved.

This restaurant lacks professionalism, customer service, and customer quality pales in comparison to quantity.
Please save your money and frequent another Crickets ... its not worth it. A paying customer should not be treated with such disrespect and embarrassment. The worst part of this whole ordeal is that the owner left the scene without dealing with the situation. She allowed the worst General Manager (Maurice) in the world speak on her behalf...who does that?
