To cut a long story short my car initially went in for a service, upon getting my car back I heard suspension noises coming from the bottom of the car when hitting speed-bumps, car went back a 2nd time, suspension got checked out as per job card at JSN motors, next day my car did the same thing, 3rd time I take my car back after complaining, I then collect my car and on the job card see they worked on the Air-con, nothing to do with the suspension problem, car goes back again a 4th time after complaining to Robyn and discussing the problem in detail, I collected my car on 2 July 2010 and now my air-con isn't working and car fan comes on allot which it never did.

No courtesy car has been offered until now and this being me inconvenienced by JSN, this will be the 5th time my car goes back in 4 weeks, I'm now at a point where im thinking of either extending my motor-plan and moving to another dealer or moving away from the BMW brand totally.
