Well as with all the other complaints, I followed the instructions all the way through to the end of the ordering prosses, then when it came time to pay for my birth certificate, there was no Paypal option. Only Visa, Mastercard, well you understand, only Credit Card options. I even punched it in thier help & search bar. But of course no results where found. So needless to say I lost $19.99 & no certificate. This is just a HUGE SCAM!!! Now does anyone know how to get the money back. I know WISHFUL thinking, right? Heres what it looks like & says.
