The last time I saw my daughter she was 7 years old. She was unable to speak English because her biological father abandoned her in France with his relatives for nearly six years. He maintained an elaborate compounding lie in the court room of Judge Esther Wiggins Lyles, pretending our daughter resided with him in Washington DC. Esther Wiggins allowed a man whom did not have custody of a child, collect thousands of dollars of child support. Esther Wiggins Lyles awarded the father sole custody August 1999 after believing all of his lies. As a natural, predictable consequence, the man continued lying to her. He refuses to allow me to see to, or speak to my daughter.

Esther Wiggins Lyles is completely responsible for this. I told her in testimony that this man was a liar. Now - he made Wiggins his victim. He lied to her and humiliated her. The number of lies this man tells her is mind boggling. There are so many lies, it is literally too time consuming for me to sit down and count them all. For the best interest of society, I have published my daughters French school records, French passport, and all the fraudulent letters sent to Wiggins On THE INTERNET. That is right - you can download all the false letters he sent this moron to see for yourself how much he lied to her. You can read all the fraudulent letters by simply going to the Youtube Channel. In this blog, I submitted three images. One is my daughters French passport. ( Funny she would need one if she had always been living in the United States). Two, a copy of a check I sent to her father for the amount of $4000 in 2004 ( while the French government were paying child support for my daughter in France, including free health care). Three, a copy of one of her French school records. Between 2000 and 2005, he continued to send fradulent letters to Wiggins pretending he had custody of our daughter.

Sometime in 2006 he brought our daughter immediately back to the United States because I hired French lawyers. Wiggins took action against my American passport so that I could not continue my legal action in France. I am now living in Mexico.

Wiggins literally had no idea that he commit a human right violation against his own child - and collected a handsome check from me at the same time. I think she knows this man lied to her for years. But I also think she will actively look for some reason not to terminate all his rights of custody and put him in jail where he belongs.

All parents who abandon their child for YEARS, and commit this magnitude of a lie against a judge should go to jail. My daughter did a 5 and a half year sentence, therefore her father should receive a minimum of FIVE and a half years in jail. If I do go back to court, I will publish the court date on the youtube channel and invite all of society to watch as this man walks free with a slap on the wrist.

A little girl does not have a mother because of Esther Wiggins.
