This Judge upheld a termination of my parental rights by Arlington CPS without ever examining whether CPS was justified in removing my daughter from her loving parents in the first place. He showed a strong pro-prosecution bias, and discriminated against me because of my mild learning disability, diagnosed as Pervasive Developmental Disorder, Not Otherwise Specified. There is no evidence that this diagnosis prevents a person from successfully parenting a child, and Judge Humphreys cited none, yet still used it as a reason for refusing to return my daughter to my custody. He also refused to consider the strong evidence of bias and corruption in the lower courts, or the report from hearings officer George Walton that found me not guilty of any charge of child neglect.
One gets the impression that he is simply a rubber stamp for the lower courts, and is only concerned with insuring full employment for his fellow lawyers.
