i ordered a 15 pc family pack on palm sunday. there were many people at the house, some brought other items, the gradchildren wanted chicken. i drove 20 miles to get to the resturant, upon arriving home, and to open the box. there were only 8 wings. when you order a family pack there are to be other pc's and not just wings, and there was no dark meat. only 8 wings. i then called the place of buisiess and spoke to the manager, she indicated that i could return that day and get the product corrected or come back on another day and they would make it good. i was not going to drive another 40 miles round trip to pick up the chicken, so i informed her i would return on another day. today 5-23-10 i returned to the place of business, requested the order with my receipt and the manager stated they could not make good on the order, ask to speak to the supervisor and she informed me that she is new and they now provide conformation numbers when they guarantee an replacement order. i was not provided an conformation number because that was before she was manager. now they will not make good on the product. i was going to order additional items, but when they did not make good on the product as previously stated, i just left and requested a phone call from the dist manager, she stated she would provide the information to the district manager and i have yet to receive a phone call from that person. this will be the last i drive 20 miles for churchs chicken, i will purchase it local now and not drive to that place of business. the manager stated that i had my 8 pc of white meet and that if it was approved by supv, all she could provide me was7 pcs of dark meet that i never received in my prev order. considering the miles i drove the first time and then the second time, it was worth at least 8 pcs of dark meat, but to get it approved with a supv and have to c ome back, no way, it would be cheaper in gas not to have to worrie about it. i will never again go to church's chicken i broken arrow ok
