They are simply a rip off who will scam you for your money
I too placed an order, and after a long time, got nothing, then I cancelled my order and have not gotten a refund. You are a rip off . I'm calling the better business bureau.

I ordered from Julia's Bra Shop 6 months ago and have gotten my order yet. They don't answer their phone at customer service. I kept emailing and they keep telling me the owner is the one who gives refunds but they have not given me the owners number which I asked for. This company needs to be investigated.

This company is a scam, do not do business with them
This company is a scam, just look at how many people paid and have not received product or refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WTH THEM.
The FBI is now investigating after I opened a complaint.

I am still waiting for my $90 refun
I ordered two items at the end of February called in a week later to change my order and was told that canceling the current order and putting in a new order would be better. So I did actually ordered an additional item (3 total). In early April, I received my 1st order. I never received my 2nd order and was never contacted about any items being out of stock. Since one item of the 1st and 2nd order were the same I kept it and only returned the remaining item. I did wait a few weeks though because I was told that the 2nd order is on the way.
Besides the fact that nobody contacts you when items you ordered are not available (even though the online status says they will), they will not ever pick up the phone and barely ever return your calls. I have send them several emails and called multiple times. I received one email about my refund stating that this particular department would not be responsible for it and I will be contacted by the "right" department soon.
I am still waiting for my $90 refund. It's been over 5 weeks since I returned the item. It took them 6 weeks to send me any order (let alone that it was the wrong one). Who would have thought that ordering items online can take 4 months..
Good service would have been to 1) cancel an order when it was supposed to be canceled; 2) contact me when items turn out to be out of stock; 3)return emails and phone calls; 4) issue a refund in a timely manner!
In summary, don't buy anything here, you will be disappointed!

In summary, don't buy anything here, you will be disappointed

Never got my money refunded
I ordered 2 bras in Jan. 2010. Never received so kept calling back and they said was on backorder. It may come in Wed. or Fri. This went on and on and they kept saying the same thing. They debited my account for the money. I finally called and canceled the order. I was supposed to get the money refunded within 10 days. Never received. Called back 2 more times and got the same answer. It is now 4/15/10 and I have not received the money. I called and left nasty message and today I sent them an email. Called and they didn't answer.

This company should be prosecuted. They are completely dishonest. I ordered merchandise on 2/26/10 Money was withdrawn from my acct 3/2/10 Merchandise has not been received. Couldn't contact them through e-mail or phone until today (3/24/10) Debbie "the customer service rep" was less than helpful. She refused to give out any information about the company. She did not even want to provide the address of the company.
There has to be a legal way to take action and/or stop this "company" from "doing business' I really wish I had read these reviews before I foolishly ordered from this "company".

The most horrible experience I have ever had with online shopping
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I purchased bras for $41.97 over 3 months ago but did not receive them so I asked for a refund. Julia's cut off all communication and would not refund my money! I paid through Paypal so I filed a complaint but all they got me was $6.21 refund out of my $41.97 I paid to Julia's. The most HORRIBLE experience I have ever had with online shopping!! Places like this ruin it for other online companies.
