Paid for items, never received, won't return calls or emails
I ordered and paid for 6 bras at $20.99 each for a total of $125.94. BUYER BEWARE!!! I do about 90% of my shopping online (even groceries!) and this is by far the worst company I've ever done business with. Save yourself some grief and do NOT do business with these "people". You will be sorry.

Bad choise
Placed an order on 10-8-09. Have requested a ship date & tracking # several times. As of 10-27-09 - they STILL had no tracking #, or ship date, nor was the order in progress after 20 days (13 of their business days & they promised to ship within 10-12 business days). Beyond BAD SERVICE, BAD CHOICE. Would NEVER recommend them or EVER order from them again. My experience with them has been frustrating & stressful. Wish I had been wiser & read the reviews on the bad service others experienced with them as well before I ordered. Did order elsewhere now - after all the frustration & pray Julias Bra Shop will refund me PERIOD since I am currently UE & faster than it's taken to have never shipped the items in this amount of time. A response requires several email inquiries. They DO NOT ANSWER the PHONE. Several attempts DURING WORKING HOURS. Was only able to reach voice mail & leave messages - to which there was no response, which is why I emailed.

Refund not paid
Buyer Beware as others have written. I got bilked for only $48.71. I just took the idea from another unhappy customer and emailed the Winston-Slaem Police Department after I recieved a letter from the Better Business Bureau of Northwest N.C. stating that Julia's Bra shop did not respond to their inquiry on my behalf and that there was nothing that they could do for me.
I doubt that the Police Dept. can help but at least I tried. If others would contact them either by calling or emailing them maybe it would signal a need for them to look into what I would call as FRAUD!

No merchandixe
I ordered 16 bras on 7/1/09 and was charged $271.84 through pay pal. It is now 7/30 and I have still not received any notification or any merchandise. It said delivery should be in 10-12 business days. How do I get my merchandise?

Order not received
I placed an order with Julia's Bra Shop May 20th. I have never received the order even though it was paid for through Pay Pal. I attempted to make a claim through Pay Pal and they will not process it. Julia's Bra shop has not responded to any of my emails or a phone call.
I believe this is called fraud and there does not seem to be any recourse.

Merchandise not received
On June 25 I ordered 3 bras. Finally, July 15, I received only 1, but was charged for 3. I sent several e-mails and left phone messages. I never get a response. It is impossible to contact anyone.

Placed an order on 29th of May. Still no arrival. Sent e-mails and tried phone calls. Finally, after at least being on hold for approx. 30min., I was told my order went out the day before and I will receive it today or next day. Three days later, I got an e-mail stating it when out today. It's been over two weeks and still no delivery. These people lie and don't care about their customers. My warning is never, never buy anything from this company.

I don't have a new story about this company. I ordered two bra's. I decided on a different style. I sent them back to the company within the 30 days the guarantee stated and asked for an exchange. I waited and waited and called the "Customer Service" number which is probably someone's cell phone. I was told I would have my order in a week. Blah, Blah, Blah, the order never came I finally asked for a refund and as expected my refund is yet to come. I contacted Pay-Pal and they filed a complaint for me but for all of you in the future you have to file a claim within 45 days of the order date for Pay-Pal to have more power. I waisted my 45 days waiting on my exchange. I am going to contact the BBB in their area and look into theft charges, although, I'm not sure if that is possible. I first placed my order in February and it is now June.

backorder never received but charged
I ordered three bras two months ago & it took a long time to get them and when I did they sent two and said one was on backorder...still have yet to receive the backorder...tried to contact them by phone...one number listed on the backorder sheet was unoperative and left message on another number listed with (no surprise) no return call after two weeks.
I figured I have lost that $20...thank goodness that is all it was...I wish I had read the complaints before ordering.
This is what gives online shopping a BAD NAME!!

Beware Beware
I contacted the customer service department on 5/25/09 & 6/1/09 regarding the shipment status of my item. The website indicates a response time of 1 business day. I have yet to receive a response. The item was ordered on 5/23/09 at which time my credit card was billed. I never received a shipping notification via email; even though the card was billed. If the card was billed a reasonable person would assume that the item has shipped. This is my first and last time using this company and I am extremely disappointed with the service. I will "never" use buy from this company again.
This site is fradulent and they are a rip off. I wish I had searched this site first. I strongly encourage people to file with the BBB because this company needs to be shut down. I'm currently going through a paypal claim and I have filed with the BBB. I quickly filed with the appropriate people after I searched this site and found similar complaints. I will use this site in the future when buying from lesser known sites.
