Jumbo fraud
Jumbocloseout.com (AKA, wetrickyouforyourmoney.com) After this phantom registration that robs your account of $150, you're sent on this angry but embolden campaign of recovery. The encouragement to try for free is the beginning of their scam. I don't care how long it takes, I will get my $150 back. Jumbocloseouts.com is a misleading and fraudulent company. We should all come together on a class action law suit against them. This type of thievery has to stop in our great country. Lets put them out of business. That is, if they are not out of business yet.

Totally dishonest and fraudulant
Mr. William S.J., Jumbocloseouts.com, Billing Department Chair,
I have 4 additional questions in response to your email ".If you have any
further questions please let me know." as follows:
I gather from your email, you have no intention of refunding my $150.00.
(1) Am I correct?
(2) How does that make you a reputable company when I received nothing for
my purchase?
I have again notified my Credit Card Company and they will and have
processed a dispute refund. Your statement that, ".The $150 charge is
clearly stated on the shipping info and payment page." is a false statement.
I never received a "shipping info and payment page". Under no circumstances
was I ever "provided" information that a $150.00 charge was/would be made to
my credit card.
Please provide this apparent "proof of purchase"!
(3) Can you provide this page with proof I signed and authorized a $150.00
purchase?
You have a choice - (A) you can refund my $150.00 amicably since I made no
purchase or was provided anything you claim you provided me or (B) my Credit
Card company will dispute and back up my claim and you can fight this for as
long as you would like. I certainly will.
(3) What choice do you plan to make, (A) or (B)?
Last of all, if you elect to not refund my money, you can be sure I will
inform anyone and everyone I know that your "penny auction", as I have since
learned your industry is called, is bogus and totally a rip off to anyone
who unwittingly goes to your site. I will make a point to email, twitter,
facebook and notify everyone in my network of what a disreputable
company/organization you are!

Rip off
I saw this advertised on the internet so I thought that I would register just to view the site. I was not aware that I was going to be charged at all. They asked for my credit card number but I assumed it was so that they could bill me if I won anything. Tried bidding and its a total joke. Next thing I know I get a bill for %150. Now I can't log onto the site. They say that they have sent me a password update but thats a lie. Nothing in my email or spam container. This is totally a scam. Time to contact the Better Business Bureau Caveat Emptor.

Uses word trickery to steal your money and won't refund it
Kevin is coldhearted and uses trickery to get you to sign up for his closeout auctions without being able the option to change your mind about joining. When you click on "Join Now" you are suckered in for $150. Security agreement states you can close out your account but he will not refund your $150. This person has got to be stopped and made to refund our money and to re-write his "Come-On" and join wording! I am tired of all his double talk when asked a specific question or shown his own agreement policy! This is not a site for everyone so beware of this wolf in grannies clothing!

Refuse to refund $150 after closing my account
This company "JumboCloseouts.com" is a rip off! Didn't realize I was to be charged $$ & asked to be re-imbursed but Kevin is a cold hearted s.o.b. Agreement states I can close out my account but he refuses to refund my $$. Nowhere is there a place you can recind when checking join now to see the terms and agreements. I think he enjoy's using the switch and bait tactics and smiles all the way to his bank with our money! Beware of this selfish individual! I am not going to rest till I get my money back. Anyone with me on this? Let me know!
