I was 1 day past due with a $31.00 payment. These lunatics started calling my home at 8:30 a.m. and called every hour. The "customer manager" (i.e., $5.00 an hour phone person) refused each time to give me a supervisor. This Bank is a rip off and Apple should be ashamed to be connecte with them in any way.
