I have been charged with account protection fee for my USairways Mastercard. When I called they said, while I was activating the card through voice response, I must have misunderstood and pressed the button to activate this protection. I have been charged around $16 - $17 per month and they only offered me one month of refund out of six months. For some reasons, I don't believe I could have authorized this, nor they would have the proof that I did.
I'd like to know if there's a way I can report this...
