Refuses to refund money
After over 10 years as a subcriber to Juno.com as an internet service provider, I was finally able to get DSL service in my neighborhood. Juno charges for service a month in advance. I just happend to call to cancel my account on the same day that Juno charged my credit card for the next (future) month's service. When I asked the "customer service" rep if I would get a refund credit back to my card, I was told, "That is not our policy." When I demanded to speak to a supervisor, I was told I would be trans ferred and then the line went dead.

Continued receiving charges to our credit card after we canceled the service
In January 2007 I called Juno customer service to cancel my account. I connected cable internet the same week and was happy with my new internet connection.
I March I noticed that Juno continued charging my credit card our monthly fee for the service. I called to resolve it and they assured me that my account is no longer active.
In April I saw their transaction on my bank statement again. I then called my bank and closed the credit card Juno was using.
Last week I got a mail from Juno saying they tried to access my credit card but could not, and asked for an updated credit card number. Yes, sure :)
I am logging this compliant so If they send our account to collections I will be able to reference it.

Won't refund money
After 10 years as a customer of Juno.com, I called to cancel my account because I was finally able to get a Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) in my neighborhood. It just so happended that the day that I called was the same day that Juno charged my credit card for a month's service in advance. Since I was calling on the same date my credit card was to be charged for a month's future service, I asked the "customer service" rep if I would get the payment credited back to my card. I was told "That is not our policy". When I demanded to speak to a supervisor, I was told that I would be transferred and then the line went dead.

Illegal card use
Juno.com charged my Bank of America credit card for service I never requested. The account they were charging belonged to a person I do not know. I never authorized the charges. Juno.com charged 3 months at $14.95. Back and forth complaints from me and Bank of America investigation caused Juno.com to reimburse 2 of the 3 months. They refuse to pay back the last month from a credit card number that was obviously illegally charged. Bank of America ate the last $14.95 because they value our business. Juno.com is a thief in my opinion.

Online scam
I had a credit card compromised and used to create a juno.com account. My credit card company flagged it as fraudulent and i canceled the card. Two days later i get a welcome package from Juno with my name and address, but i can't get anything done with Juno because for whatever reason the card number on file doesn't match. Clueless service reps even asked my for a secret question to access the account, which i had to explain AGAIN was not opened by me, its fraudulent so how would I know the secret question. If i ever have to revert back to dial up, Juno.com will never see a dime of my money.

Credit card charged after cancellation
I received a letter from juno telling me that my credit card was no more available for juno to take payment. The reason is that December 26/2006 by a telephone call, we advise juno that we no longer wanted the service because we already change our internet access for another company. After that phone call we still received charges on our credit card even though they had been advise that we did not want their services anymore. Our next step was to cancel our credit card so they would know that we are not using it anymore.
