We have not had services from Juno for approx. 2 years +/-. We have a recent
withdrawl from our account on our visa card. This is the second time in two months we have had this experience (the other was another company we no longer have an account with). It seems criminal to me that they are allowed to do this. WE have canceled this credit card account and requested a new account number.
If I had not read the credit card statement in detail I would have paid this.
Imagine how much money the credit companies make by this "mistake". I wish this was addressed in the media.
