NEVER DELIVERED FLOWERS AND CHARGED OUR CREDIT CARD, then we had to sit for hours on hold to find out they were not sent!! This was time sensitive, while someone was recovering from cancer, and we just assumed he got them. I'm writing this while still on hold for over an hour, THIS TIME, to speak with someone. LOTS OF EXCUSES, NO SERVICE.
If they are going to be this bad, they should be in an industry that has no consequences. The consequences for us is a family feud.
