I plugged the Jupiter Jack into my phone & it worked fine. When I pulled the JJ out of my phone & tried to make a phone call I had no sound on my phone & I couldn't make or recieve calls. I took my phone to my carriers store to see what the problem was & they told me that the JJ was still acting as though it was connected. So to make a long story short, the jupiter jack which cost me $4.99 destroyed a $400.00 phone that was no longer under warranty! Is this the reason that Jupiter Jack does not put their customer service phone number on their website?!

Jupiter Jacks did not work on my truck or my car. Thought perhaps I was doing something incorrectly, so I called Jupiter Jack "800" number. Agent stated that there were no technicians for Jupiter Jack, since they were so easy to install. I told the agent step by step what I had done and he stated that the jack should work. He instructed me to package it & return the item with a number that he gave me to place on the box. I did as instructed. It cost me $16.05 in postage to return the jacks. They accredited my account $29.98. I called the "800" number & inquired as to why I did not get a full refund. I was told that they do not refund the S/H charges. I asked, "then who pays me the postage it too for me to return an unserviceable item? The agent responded "No one". So in the end I paid $43.96 for the Jacks Plus $16.05 to return the items for a grand total of $60.01 and a refund of $29.98! See something wrong with this Picture???

I puchased the Jupiter Jsck and $35.96 was debited from myt account on 02/01/20. As of today'a date, February 11, 2010, I have yet to receive my jupiter jacks. I understand that the product has to be shipped from New Jersey to California, but 10 day is an unacceptablly long time for receipt, ecpecially since you already took my money. I expect to hear from you with as solution, asap. Hopefully, if this situation can be satisfactorily resolved, I plan on becoming a regular customer of Jupiter Jack and other "as seen of tv ptoducts".

I fact, may there's a small amentity you'd bw will to forward to me along witrh the delievery of The Jupiter Jacks, a small token of your appreciation of my business, the inconvenience, well as my understanding and tolerance of this matter and my hope that we can do future business.
