Unable to download images from my flash card
I feel so frustrated using Just Answer. I wish I had found this site before giving my credit card information. Now I have to wait if my credit card gets misused.
My flash drive would not read my flash card. I had upgraded to Windows 7 (which was a big mistake. Had to upgrade all my programs also.) and my flash drive did not work. I asked Just Answer about the problem, is there a software or procedure to get around this problem. As the expert, Don or Dan, kept asking general questions like did you use the right slot, did the icon for drive show up on the monitor. did you use a Windows 7 flash card, etc. The flash card, a xD, will only go in one slot only, the icon showed (but no green light on the icon all the other drivers had a green light) up. and there is only one kind of flash card (the only difference is the amount of information and speed of the flash card). His answer was get an adapter to plug in the computer or replace my media drive. All the other drivers work using media that I have had for years. I did not hit the Accept button because I felt his answers were too general and too simple. I found a round about way to download my images and use the images as attachments to emails I was sending out. Since I came up with the solution, I felt I did not have to pay him. I kept getting emails from Just Answer to click on the Accept button from Dan the network administer and Andy Kurtzig the CEO and Founder (saved those emails). I just hit the Accept button just to stop getting these emails (yes, it was only 3 emails, but irritating since I was the one that found the answer). Now I am afraid, I gave them my private information and credit card. After reading all these complaints about Just Answer, I am just nervous. I should have gone to the internet to find out any complaints or problems with this company. Next time, I will listen to my little voice.

withdrawal from bank
i have had £9.30 tqken from my bank on saturday from this company whom i know nothing about. Where di they get my bank details from? I am on state benefits and do not have this money to splash out to whoever wants to take it my bank details should be secure i would very much like to have my money put back in and not touched again or i will charging them with fraud

Not wxperts
Bait and switch site. Show you your "experts" but these are not the people who answer your question. We asked a specific question about a commercial truck engine, particular make and model. The "experts" we were shown were mechanics for the company that makes this engine. But the guy who answered our question was not a truck mechanic. AND HIS ANWERS WERE JUST COPIED FROM THE INTERNET!!! Save your time and money. You make a deposit and pay the sham "expert" after you get an answer. They say you can get your money back from the deposit, but there is no recourse to do so. The only other thing to do if you don't like your answer is to use your deposit money, money you have already paid them, for a different question from yet another so called expert who sits in a recliner and surfs the internet for answers. Also was told we would have an answer within 2 hour time frame (1 hour and 42 minutes to be exact...), did not get our copied internet replies until the next day. Will plrobably have to change my credit card number so these crooks don't go shopping. Will file with Better Business Bureau as bait and switch.

billed for no reason
i phoned Just answer ONCE for which I was charged $20. subsequently I have ben charged regularly the same amount on my credit card without my permission and without having asked for further service f23e5

Bait & Switch
As previously stated, Just Answer is your classic "bait and switch". If you read their site information, you are lead to believe that you can ask a question and you only have to pay if you are satisified with the answer you receive. That is not what happens at all. Once you foolishly give them your credit card information, you are going to pay NO MATTER WHAT. You will receive an answer from one of their so-called "experts". However, if you are not satisfied with the answer, they just keep referring you to other "experts" who give you other answers and this goes on forever until you finally give up and they take your money. No one even came close to answering my question about a digital camera problem I was having. I finally gave up and, sure enough, my credit card was charged even though at no time did I ever say I was satisfied with their answers. STAY AWAY from these snake oil salesmen.

No answer
Asked a mental health question on Just Answer and after a frustrating 2 1/2 hr wait decided to request a refund as I still hadn't received any reply. Am concerned this company has my credit card details and unsure how to stop them from defrauding it with additional charges I didn't authorise.

I am very disappointed with the answers and service I received from knoker1234 Expert at JustAnswer.com
First the way he ask me to copy the .DBX files did not work, after I found out what the file were I was able to find the .DBX files and copy them.
After I imported the files in the new computer(said import was a success) I was not able to find the files in the Windows Live e-mail.
After several days I tried the move to folder and presto there was the files.
I was left with out any answer and then accidently solved the problem myself.
I would like my money back, the service was poor and did not help.
Very disappointed and will not recommend this service.

wrong answer
I asked a lawyer a question on Just Answer. When I ended up consulting with an attorney in person, I discovered that the answer Just Answer provided was wrong. I want my $28 back.

no response
I discovered your web site too late. i have not received an answer and am afraid to check my bank balance. After reading complaints about this scammy web site i guess i'm not going to hear from then and out of pocket. Guess this is a lesson for me. I'm a single mum and was looking for a way out of a financial crisis, now we are JUST a bit worse off than before. More alarming is they have my bank details. Wonder if i should change my bank account? Thanks for this site. I'll be much more careful in the future. Kim Middleton.

wrong answer
i used just answer to aks a question on my artic cat snowmobile. I was given the wrong anwser. mechanic named racetech said i didnt have to split my crankcase but the local shop said I do and showed me the part and how it goes in. I would like my $28 back now please.
