I canceled this service after my one question. I will not use it often enough to pay each month you were very polite said it was done and I would get no more charges. I told you if I needed help again I would deffinately use your service again but I just found out you have been taking a $24.00 charge. Please stop and refund my money. I tried to go on my old account and reach you but there was no way????

I used this service and paid a fee of $18.00. I also included a tip of $9.00. The tip has been deducted from my account twice. Please correct this matter immediately.

I have, or I thought I had, paid for legal advice on a basis of 1 question /1 answer /1 payment and was very surprised to discover Just Answer had been debiting my bank account with regular monthly payments to themselves without me asking for any advice.
Now I discover that I am not the only one to suffer this experience.
Perhaps they may advise on action that one might take.

I paid a deposit for a question which was never answerd. I have requested a refund 4 times and no one has even replied to any of my e-mails. Dealing with this company will only lead to heartache, stay away!!!

I requested from just answer a referral of a Mechanic or a Auto shop that had a mechanic
that was good on working on a mazda Rotary Engine, I never received a positive reply, just some advice on how to do a tune up on this engine, That is not what I requested. But I was doubled billed for a non requested answer, once in May and once in June. HOw can I get my payment returned.
