I asked a simple medical question that could have been answered in less than 5 minutes by a competent physician. The response said that I would have to pay THREE TIMES the original estimated amount to have my questions answered. Don't give your credit card number!

over charged/ no answers
I gave the gentlemen that they gave me to helpme, 24 hours of time to solve my problem. I gave him all the information required to fix such a problem.
Let me tell you what I was trying to fix.I had a Ignitor switch that was the problem that needed to be replaced. I had a stove that was made in 1989 and I gave him serial # model# and told him what the problem was. He said after 24 hours about 20 texts, because they willnot talk on phone, that they no longer make parts for this stove. I asked him if he could cross the #'s off the switch THAT I (SCOTT) FIGURED OUT THAT WAS BAD, not the proffessional I was suppost to be gettin advice from.He said, 'NO all the numbers he keeps trying to cross come up at noithing". This is a text reply to me asking after he just sent me his text telling me that all the information he is getting will not tell him anything.So i text can you try and cross the numbers to another supplier for a switch because I gave him the switch #'s . I also used to do automotive repair, alot of times suppliers stop making parts, but you normally can cross the numbers to come up with a replacement part in the automotive industry. I get a text less than 2 minutes later telling me that he looked everywhere. Then I got mad at him and he quit working.I would like all my money back. I agreed to pay him, thinking I would get good service.I spolved my own problem.I took the switch, cos I talked to a friend and told him that he was telling me he can't find any parts for the 20 year old stove Ignitor switch. My friend told me of a apliance store in Santa Rosa, next city to Windsor where I live. I brought the switch and they looked it up by model and the man that was helping at Justanswer.com was correct, they donot make any parts for it anymore.However, the gentleman crossed the #'s off the ignitor switch and handed me the replacement part that I asked for $7.05. I was at the A.P.E. apliance store for 15 minutes and I went home put in part and the whole stove started to work.This gentleman at Justanswer didn't even tell me that it was the switch I just asked if he could get one .If you folks can please read all the texts and you will see I gave him all the answers he needed to help me.Yes I agreed to pay him$28.00 because that site is so hard to talk to anyone I signed in again for another $14.00 think that they wouldn't charge me that because the gave me a women to talk with then she hooked me back up to him the oriinal gentleman that didn't give me any information except they no longer make parts for it. I would like at the bare minium $14.00 back if it was my business and read all the texts and all the good information I gave him, MORE THEN MOST PEOPLE PROBABLLY GIVE HIM EVRYDAY, I would refund me the custoimer, that came to get answer to why my stoive quit working and I figured it out without his technical experties. So I would like all my $42.00 back due to he did very little work.Lied about trying to cross switch numbers. Because if he would have don't it, I would not be typing this to you. Please read the text I get Ugly and mean only when he stops wanting to do anything.How would you feel? I solved my own problem this company should have a phone to talk to there customers. They try to make it as hard on the custoimer as possible if they have a problem with the lack of help they get or the billing. Please help me. I am not working. I could use the money. Why if you never call kind like www.Justanswer.com why do they need the phone# if they will never use the phone or according to my tech.that tried to give me answer, He said they don't talk on phone, not allowed to. I tried to call him and said they donot talk on the phone .Read the text please.

Withdrawing funds from my account without authority
I needed a code to get into my phone after trying everything I called just answer they advertised on the net with professionals who could assist with this type of thing. I'm guessing @ this point they accessed my email address and left a virus because i could no longer access my Email and just answer have been withdrawing funds from my credit card for months without my authority ever since, I will cancel this next week and have had to open a new email address.

double billing
These people are billing me MONTHLY. I asked and paid for two answers and they are STILL billing me $14/month. I want the billing to be STOPPED AND A REFUND OF $28.00.

debit card use
I noticed posts about Just Answer.
I was having £11.00 a month being debited.
I used the service in March but not afterwards
The company said it thought I had taken out a subscription
But when I got back to them directly by e mal and my bank they have stopped the payments and re funded the money
I think that some of the 'scams' may be down to this error

Charged for nothing
I posted a question on justanswer.com and i gave the credit card number for the deposit. In case my problem was not fixed, it was supposed to have the deposit refunded. My problem was not fixed but the money were taken from the credit card. I emailed them a few times and still no answer. Just a scam.

Charging my Account each month
I had one question about my Kodak digital camera operation and thought that the fee I paid was for that one answer. Now since April 2010 Just Answer is taking $16.00 out of my account each month. STOP that and refund these charges. Thank you.

Erroneous charge
I have a charge on my credit card of $14.00 for services I neither requested nor received. I have used Just Answer's services in the past but canceled my suscription months ago. Please provide a refund of the above amount.
