Please refund $16AU taken from my credit card. No more money is to be taken...I did not even get an answer the first time .

I was looking for trouble shooting help with my treadmill. Justanswer said they could find an answer for $11.00 "if" I recieved a satisfactory answer. The next thing I know, money is taken from my account and then I get an email saying someone has answered my question. But in order to see the answer I have to agree to wave any liability on the part of Justanswer. Now I'm out $11.00 and still don't have an answer.

I asked Just Answer a question over a month ago. I never received a response but they did manage to bill my credit card for $15 without providing any service. This website is a scam, do not waste your time or money. I can not seem to find a customer service number or anything. If anyone knows of how to contact these people please let me know.

April 6th I asked Just Answer how to connect a Philips dvd/vcr to a Emerson television. I authorized a $13.00 charge on my credit card. I never heard from them and I haven't received my credit card bill. I am really uneasy on letting them have my credit card number and it really ticks me off when I didn't get the service I asked for.

I asked a question on the vetinary site and agreed to pay £11.oo via paypal but your system took the money
out twice so can you please return the second payment in fact because of all the hassle I think you should
return both payments,
