FRAUD
I've been charged $48 for NOTHING. I have no idea why this showed up on my credit card bill on 12/07 . They are a scam.

The company charged my credit card and never provided an answer to my question. The mechanic opted out but still charged me.

cant get refund
I had $23.00 deducted from my Visa for an answer on how to replace a radio aerial on my 1994 toyota hilux. Prior to getting an answer but after $23.00 was deducted from my Visa card my neighbour solved my problem. I immediately advised Just Answer that the problem was fixed.I received a reply saying thats good. Since 1st December 2009 when this episode took place I have sent no less than forty emails requesting a refund, all have fallen on deaf ears. This mob has got to be a real rip off they don't give an address or phone number.

No Deposit refund
I asked just answer for some help in locating a manual for a washing machine purchased in Spain with only a Spanish Manual. They charged me a deposit for an Expert answer; I never received an answer from them or my money back. They claimed to even have contacted Daewoo the manufacturers for the Washing Machine with no success; Guess what I contacted Daewoo and got an answer and the manual.

Fraud
I typed my question in a search engine which took me to Just Answer who did not disclose their practices before asking me to agree to a dollar amount if my question was answered with 100% satisfaction.
As soon as I gave them my paypal info, I was charge 28.00 which I did not authorize.
I filed a dispute with paypal and then they marked my question as closed by the moderator but did not refund.
How much more of a SCAM could this possibly be.
BEWARE JUST ANSWER is a crooked operation beyond beleif !!

Took Deposit
Just Answer is a total rip off. They prey on desperation which I was for a medical answer. They came back with a diagnosis that was so outrageous that I didn't accept. They still took my $45 deposit even though the website says it will charge your card only when you accept.

money taken from account
I asked for some help with a situation with my son, grandson, his birth mother and such.
I am my grandsons foster mother, was trying to find a way to keep my son from coming near us without wasting my time with a stay away order.
I gave all the info I had.
There was no answer for me, things I already knew.
I went to DCF and they made things happen for the safety of my grandson, me and my minor child.
Justy answer took money out of my acct, without even helping me.
The agreement was if I got an answer that was useful they would charge me. There was nothing I could use.
They took the money before the man answered.
They broke the agreement and didn't help me.
I"VE CONTACTED THEM AND THEY STILL WON'T PUT THE MONEY BACK.
I'm going through my bank to straighten this out. They should not of taken the money without my permission.
Permission would have came if they answered with a answer. Instead I got info couldn't use.
