I recently upgraded to the 3.5 version of the Mozilla Firefox web browser. Upon using it, the "right click" copy-paste-etc. function on the Firefox web pages was disabled. I paid the JA! scam the $9 fee via PayPal, and the grossly stupid answer they sent me was to restore my computer to the previous operating state, which would have deleted Firefox version 3.5.

If I consulted an 8-year-old pseudo PC Guru, I would have expected a goofy non-responsive answer like the above. As it happens, my son is a PC Guru and he fixed the 'no right-click' problem in about a minute when he got home.

In my humble opinion, Just Answer! is a just a San Frillysissyco, Kaliphonya online SCAM..!!!
