answers
This site is very slow (i waited 7 hours and still didn't get an answer and their agent on the phone didnt flinch or offer to get it answer just automatically refunded). i have had so many problems with this company: not getting responses to emails, rude experts, glitches in the website. I do not recommend the site.

Charged for something I never asked for
I was charged 39 dollars to my credit card for something I did not asked for. The alleged offense occured on September 1st, 2010. I had use this service on June 19th, 2010, but never requested the service on September 1st. I never received anything from them by email stateing a charge as I did in June. If I hadn't checked my bill on September 4th Just Answer.com would have gotten away with this. This is very poor business practice. I will NEVER use them again. I am requesting my credit card account be credited the 39 dollars PLUS asking that Just Answer delete my credit card from its files. That way this will NEVER happen to me again.

automatically charging my bank account/card .
Last month I actually used the services of Just Answer.com and paid for the service on-line via bank debit card. Now this month there is an automatic re-occurring $9 "subscription fee" I being charged for. I never agreed to this subscription and I didn't have to pay one the first time I used them. This is what gets me, the telephone number they post is an automated attendant and offers no selection to speak to customer service. The website doesn't offer a customer service selection either. When I contacted my bank to seek assistance in blocking or preventing further charges I was told the only way i can stop it is to close out my account and re-open a new one. I don't have to tell you what an inconvenience this is, but I am doing anyway to stop this criminal act against me.
Please let me know if there is other ways to dispute something like this or to at least complain to them directly. I would like to at least have my complaint heard, thank you for listening.

Took money out of my account without approval.
I searched on the internet for advice for a problem I had. I contacted Justanswer, com and they got a so called expert to answer my qestion. I offered to pay £11 for a suitable answer.
The response I got I could have got from my 11 year old daughter therefore did not accept the answer and therefore did agree to pay the charge.
I have now received my bank statement and they have debitted this amount without my permission.
What action can I take against these 'thieves'

was charged even though I did not agree to accept answer
This website offers various "professional advice" in a wide variety of areas. You choose the area, ask the question, and if you are satisfied with the response you then hit hit accept and are charged for the answer to your question. I did not hit the accept button once I had read the response to my question as it was a basic response to a medical question of which I already knew and did not answer the original question I had asked. Two days later I was online looking at my bank account, and saw that I had been charged by this company even though I had rejected their answer. This website is a fraud and they will charge you for any question that you ask them whether you agree to it or not. This goes directly against the terms and conditions that are listed on their website. I emailed the company but got no response, and their is no phone number or address with which to contact them if you have any questions or issues with their blatant lies regarding their policies and procedures listed on their website.

Had other work to attend to and lowered the icon; forgot the program was running til early a.m. May 18th - 1:56 a.m., and finally canceled JustAnswer, receiving no answer to my question. Have Order Number. What's up with this lame company? - Judy R.

scam
I wanted an answer to something troubling me..went to just answer.com, submitted my question, clicked on what I was willing to pay and they said they had someone registered under my e-mail acct. name and the page would not budge . After repeated attempts to undo the damage because I certainly did not get an answer of any kind because without my e-mail the program would not move forward. I had no choice but to x out of there. I called visa immediately and YES!! the amount I had agreed to was already out there on my bill. They have to know no services were received!!!. Their program was set up by them, duh!! I get the next duh!!Don't even try to use them. I looked for a telephone number still thinking I could defend my use of MY e-mail address. There is no number. They know what they are doing!!

over charged
Used their medical site 02/23/10. Agreed amount was $18.00. One question asked, One accepted answer. Case closed, right? No!! They double charged the amount agreed upon $18 now totaling $36!!! My intention now is to go to my bank and file fraudulent charges against justanswer.com as they do not respond to any of my inquiries.

Computer repair
The web-site was called Just Answer. I requested help with getting my printer to work. The page asked to check an amount that I would pay to have repair assistance. I did this and provided them with my credit card info. Then, I described the nature of my problem. It requested I watch their web-page and they promised prompt service. After a long wait, I left the page and became concerned as I provided my credit card info and received no reply from them.
After several days, I received an e-mail from them asking me to contact them with additional information.
In the mean time, I figured out how to fix my printer, so I told them to forget it after such a long wait.
