I ordered Just Labs from MagazineCity back in July, and when I hadn't received the magazine by November I called Just Labs and found they didn't get the money from MagazineCity. I also found out that Just Labs had cancelled their service from Magazine City for lack of service.
I called MagazineCity at this point and got eventually through, and they told me it would take a month to process. I have yet to receive my refund. I have called numerous times over the last two weeks, and keep getting cut off before I ever reach a service representative. Their customer service web page link is broken.
It's only $24.95 but it's the principal more than anything.
Is there any recourse?
