just voip call problem January 18, 2009

With a credit balance of 10.99€ , the service is not allowing me, the customer!

Hi,

I am a Just Voip customer for almost past one year. I have an account balance of 10.99€. Despite that, it is not allow5ng to me to make calls. It is giving me the message that sorry, you are not allowed to make this call. My user id with just Voip is Bipasha.bose333.

CALLING PROBLEM

sir, I am an extinhing user of just voip. I have credit
of Euo.3.87. but when i am trying to call to india
one message coming. "sorry you are not allowed to
make this call". almost one month i am calling to
india with out any problem. last friday ie.18 april
i call to india 2 times. but after that i not able to call.yesterday evening also I tried many times but
the same message coming. "sorry, you ar not able
to make this call" I wonder, why this is happening.
please give me any solution for this problem
