money withdrawn from my account
on 6 June £21.00 was debited from my account, stating ( justanswer Tech CD . . . . ) my last four ! so they are very well informed.
I did do business with them some time ago and paid my bill. so allI can do now is get intouch with my bank and see what they can do.

DOUBLE BILLING. UNAUTHORIZED USE OF MY CARD
I paid $86.52 which was not the agreed price for a real estate question on 9.2.11 which was withdrawn from my visa account . The answer was good and helped me take action needed BUT on 7.3.11 Justanswer took another $86.52 from my visa for the same question which means they charged me twice. The 2nd withdrawal was illegal as it was without my authorization. there is no phone contact number to ring and complain about this. BUT I WANT MY FUNDS RETURN TO MY ACCOUNT NOW BY JUSTANSWER

i went to the site to ask for medical advice they have taken my mastercard details and not given me an answer i will be putting this matter in the hands of the police

Debited my account without my permission
Justanswer.com did not answer my question, and I did not authorize payment. They debited my card anyway. Now I have to try to get it back. This is no less than fraud and probably qualifys as theft. Do not give these people your card info thinking that you can withhold payment if you are not satisfied with your answer. I asked for specific information on how to check a control boards functions to make sure it was bad. I was told by their expert that he thought the board was bad and to change this board out. I already suspected the board and wanted some factory info to make sure. When I did not recieve the info requested I did not authorize payment. They took it anyway.

they keep taking money out of my account
I went on this site in August for a quick answer and gave my credit card number, thye said it was a one off but since then thye have continued to take £22 each month from this account.
I can't find an address to write to etc

refund not given
I had 2 short answers for a computer question which did not solve my problem and I did not authorise the payment yet £22 was taken out of my credit card account. I have tried several times to get it refunded and although it shows up on my Justanswer account as money available for refund I can not get them to refund my account. It is impossible to contact them directly.

Charging unauthorised fees to my Credit card
In July I requested the answer to a question related to problems with my computer from JustAnswer.
The agreed fee was $22 for the answer provided. Since that time this company has been removing the same amount from my credit card account at the beginning of each month without my Authority. (To which a further tax amount of $0.66 is added)
I will be demanding an answer from them by e-mail with a please explain request and a further request for the unuthorised withdrawal amounts to be refunded. The follow up will be to pursue legal advice and to place a notification on the internet concerning this scam.
In the meantime I would appreciate your advice as to how an immedite STOP PAYMENT order can be place with the relevant bank with which I have the credit card account.

Charged w/o authorization
I was on the Seagate website looking for technical support and was transparently handed off to JustAnswer. When I found out it would cost $48 for an answer I closed the website, I never filled out any credit card information at all – ever! I never accessed their so-called "answer" ever! Nonetheless they found my credit card number and charge me 3 separate times for a total of $48.04. I wrote back demanding a refund and found that my account has 3 pre-holds for $1 each. That means I will probably be charged again. Apparently any time you type anything at all to anybody at JustAnswer you incur a charge. This is outrageous! I have spoken with my bank and I will contest all charges immediately. If you find yourself on a JustAnswer website do not type anything close it immediately ! ! !
