i paid money again and again but i never got an answer to my question.this site is robber.

OK, at first they look legit and answer you back real fast so it seems like someone is actually there. I ask a fairly straight forward question which any "supposed" expert would be able to answer within 5 minutes. 5 minutes later... no response... 10 minutes later... no response... 15 minutes later... no response. SO then i started to get a little suspicious of this sight. One simple piece of advice that i wish i knew at the time JUST FUCKING GOOGLE IT. the first two pages are hits talking about the bullshit this company pulls by repeatedly withdrawing funds from your account even in cases where the account has been canceled. and if that's not enough to shake the tree, there is no way to get in contact with anyone affiliated in any way with this site. Just empty "customer service" links and random dudes named "nick" and "adam" who show up on these forums to try and say that its a simple misunderstanding and the problem is real simple to fix just do this this and this and look at that you're account is gone right? WRONG. None of that shit works. I haven't found one legitimate person involved in this business. I already sent an email to some dummy address probably set up to deal with the mob of angry internet goers but i say its time we organize for some web justice. Anyone whose had a shitty experience with this company post below. maybe we can make enough of a commotion to capture this douchebag's attention. Hope you see this. Mother Fucker.

To put it succinctly, JustAnswer.com was at the time of my joining, November, 2, 2010 a risk free 30 day trial for $60. It stated that for THAT 30 days I could ask as many questions I wanted for $60 and could cancel anytime and would not be bound to any contract yada, yada. It was simply to check them out.

I did and LOVED the person I received, however, I had not realized (my own fault) the JustAsk was a non-legal advice site. Well naturally, all my questions were legal and since the person I worked with was so great I even gave him a bonus (he deserved it IMHO). That was the last time I used the site, perhaps the 2nd and 3rd or whatever to respond to his queries. I spoke to him a last day and may have continued yet JustAnswer wanted MORE MONEY! What happened to TRIAL UNLIMITED. So I cxled within the 30 day period and they said IF I DO THAT, I WILL BE CHARGED FOR EVER ANSWER EVER RECEIVED. What is this all about? What do I do? I'm barely making it on my own thus JustAnswer. Why do they prey on people like us? EVERY ANSWER? Sometimes it was one sentence. What was the $60 UNLIMITED 30 DAY TRIAL ABOUT?

They answer any email "pronto" to threaten me but NO ANSWER for help. What is this? All my best. BE CAREFUL!!! Squeaks going broke

This website disclaimer advertised FREE ANSWER to your question if you are not satisfied with your answer. As long as you place a "GoodFaith Deposit" of 22.00 . So I gave them my paypal account # which had no balance but is linked by checks from my bank account. I asked my question, and instead of getting an 'Answer' the "expert" wanted to chat and I did not want to so I denied to accept the answer. The contract on the website says it "JustAnswer WILL NOT CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT UNLESS YOU CLICK ON THE ACCEPT ANSWER button" Of which I never did. I have tried to contact them about a refund the first 2 times NO REPLY, the last time I was sent a receipt that said they DID credit my paypal account back 21.36. WHICH HAS STILL NOT GONE GONE THROUGH!!! I just noticed this site has many other complaints on Just Answer and I am appalled and I only wish I had read this site before I handed over a link to my account!!!
