Look at the crap some Indian "expert" by the name of Manas11 sent me. I ran it through a plagiarism checker and it came back 80% of the answers are copied off the web. Why pay when I can google for free?

I thought I could tolerate the poor english of the expert but arghhhhhh, he gives me plagiarized work?

I asked a question {legal} paid my fee which was taken from my bank account.& days now and no answer . I want my my back, simple.This is a scam and should be stopped.
It is also a crime in the U.S.A. and in Canada.These bastards should be caught and punished to the fullest extent of the law

I asked JustAnswer a question regarding a fault in my washing machine. No response after a few weeks. I have no faith in this "company".

I have since requested a refund. I won't hold my breath, but will lodge another complaint when it doesn't happen in about 3-5 days.

My advice is DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

We needed emergency vet 'counseling' - I sought on-line assistance, and found 'justanswer.com'. I was hesitant at first when the site required a monetary 'deposit'. I posted my question, and 3 hours later had not received ANY kind of reply. (I expected an almost immediate response, as it claimed to have 4 veterinarians 'on-line' when I posted my question.) The animal in question died. (it was an egg-bound chicken - had it been a domestic pet I would have sought a REAL veterinarian!)

I edited my post to indicate I no longer needed an answer, the animal died, and re-submitted my post. I STILL have not received a reply. After initiating a PayPal dispute, I did get a response that a portion of my money was going to be refunded.

I CERTAINLY DO NOT recommend this site. They are NOT prompt (or even timely) in responding. I will NOT seek advice/answers from justanswer.com again!!!

I used just answer a couple of times with good results and prompt responses, I paid them per question when I was satisfied with the answers. I was offered to have unlimited questions if I subscribe to the service monthly, since I liked the service I accepted. Then, all of a sudden my questions were not responded to as promptly, or even answered at all. I gave the expert my question he asked for additional information and I provided it, he checked it over and asked when I needed it by so I gave him 4 days to work on it he said he would be able to have it to me within that time period, the deadline came and went, after asking what is going on, then he tells me he can do it in two more days, reluctantly I say okay, because I have already invested four days of my time with him, but I need it by then no later, the additional two days pass and he finally tells me he can't do it, he has other work to do, he'll open it up to one of the other programmers, still no response, when I write to asked what is going on he states that it seems as if no one saw my question. Honestly if you say you're going to do something then DO IT. If not don't make promises you can keep. If I had known this was going to happen I would have used those six days and the money to pay someone else for help, now I'm stuck with less time, no answer and money spent on nothing. Thanks for nothing just answer .com!!!
