Justanwers robbed me of R494 and no refunds. It's been 8 full days and also no response. They have unlawfully taken my monies out of my account. We must stop these chamers from stealing from other people as well. We must locate the guys and they should be jailed. I am sure the Complaints Board will investigate and track these thieves.

As mentioned to you on the previous email, the charges had simply drop off from your account meaning, you won't be seein this charge on your account by the time you receive your billing statement.
I suggest that you call your bank and ask if this charge is still on your account and let us know if you still see this charge then we can make the necessary adjustments to your account.
