Justanwers robbed me of R494 and no refunds. It's been 8 full days and also no response. They have unlawfully taken my monies out of my account. We must stop these chamers from stealing from other people as well. We must locate the guys and they should be jailed. I am sure the Complaints Board will investigate and track these thieves.

As mentioned to you on the previous email, the charges had simply drop off from your account meaning, you won't be seein this charge on your account by the time you receive your billing statement.

I suggest that you call your bank and ask if this charge is still on your account and let us know if you still see this charge then we can make the necessary adjustments to your account.

In August, 2010, I asked a question about a problem I was having with Excel. The answer they sent me was wrong - when I had asked the question, I had included information about what solutions DID NOT WORK, and their solution was to do what hadn't worked before.

I was charged $30 on 8/24/2010.

On October 15, 2010, I phoned customer service (in the Philippines). They have NO record of my account (neither of my email addresses, no record of my credit card).

Until they have a record of my account, they will not refund my money.
