My company, mmogamesales.com/billing, offers wholesale powerleveling for other companies. We recently dealt with and agreed to level for Justice McCay's egamingsupply.com site. He sent us 3 orders total, one at a time, which we required him to pay, after each and every job was complete. The second job, he didn't pay until he submitted the 3rd job, this was suspicious. The 3rd job, was completed 2 months ago, and has not been paid at all. His invoice (http://mmogamesales.com/billing/billing/your-bill/?invoice_id=94660c3d605ffed6363285ba85dcc13b) still site unpaid. I have emailed him countless times with new bills, even sent him private messages on his site, asked over IM for him to pay, still payment is unreceived.

I recently posted on his site, telling others in his "scammer" section about how he doesn't pay, and was summarily banned from the site.

Mine is not the only complaint, I know another powerleveling company got hit for $4k in bills. I also know that whenever others post in his forums complaining they also get banned.

If you have a choice to deal with this company, do not. Justice McCay is a scammer, who will rip you off, any chance he gets. He does not pay his bills.
