I love the Moody Blues and lead singer Justin Hayward. I was directed to www.justinhayward.com, by doing a google search. I bought a DVD(ONE DVD)from this site on AUGUST 15, 2010, by credit card. Total cost of this order for ONE DVD + shipping was $39.00. Out of that price, I PAID $9.00 for ship! YEP...$9.00 TO SHIP ONE DVD? The credit card receipt stated A&R INTERACTIVE, INC., as the company handling this order. After 5 days, I received an email from [email protected], stating that the dvd was being shipped THAT DAY! So it took 5 days to put ONE DVD in a box or envelope! OK...it happens...so on AUGUST 27th...or 12 days after I bought the dvd, STILL NO DVD! I sent an email to them and asked them 'WHY, THE DELAY" and to send me a TRACKING NUMBER! NO RESPONSE!! AUGUST 30th...3 days later..my next email asking about WHERE THE DVD WAS?...still NO RESPONSE, NO TRACKING NUMBER! Now REMEMBER...I paid $9.00 to ship this ONE DVD..so I would expect if it was sent domestic, it should have been PRIORITY MAIL(3-5 days delivery)...or if it was being sent INTERNATIONALLY(14 days delivery)...FINALLY...FINALLY...on Sept 1...they sent me an email, telling me that" I should wait until the end of the week" or contact them if it does not arrive. It is NOW...SEPTEMBER 7...NO DVD, NO RESPONSE...NOTHING! So for ONE DVD...paying $39.00...$9.00 shipping...and that is ALL I HAVE! Patient? I think so when I pay that much to get NO RESPONSE, NO DVD! I am NOT blaming Justin Hayward...but I would think, if his name is on the product, that he should know what [email protected] A&R INTERACTIVE, INC. are up too.
