He tried to scam me. It was sheer luck that I avoided getting scammed, he almost had me. I called his home phone number and his mother (I think she said her name was Gina) happened to pick up and told me not to give him any money and that she had a restraining order against him for similar shenanigans. She also informed me that he has previously ripped off 5 other people that she knows of. I don't have enough evidence to contact the police but his mother said he's addicted to some serious drugs and that he will likely get caught anyways.

Anyone reading this who is thinking about working with Justin Neal who went to Bentley University, don't do it! I heard he's currently homeless, since his mother kicked him out, but he has previously lived in Framingham, MA and Waltham, MA - just throwing that in there because there's probably more than one person with his name.
