I will no longer have the IDs done before payment. No more 1/2 now, 1/2 later either. It's basically payment upfront. People like this guy is the reason why I don't take payment after the ID is made anymore. He placed an order on 2/18/11. He still hasn't paid today (3/19/11) after they have been made.
