Duty of Mohtasib to do quick or delay process of complain against KESC
I am very dis-appoint, regret and very slow progress of my complain against KESC vide complain No.ONL/115/09 Dated 21.04.2009 and Case No.AS-961 Meter No. B 80074 Consumer No AL888067 A/c No.0508903450227. I registered complain for the second time because the reason not satisfied with the performance of justice with me.
My 1st hearing fixed on Jun 11 which I attended, 2009, 2nd hearing I attended on Jun 23, 2009. Now received information that my 3rd hearing fixed on September 13, 2009 why so delayed for 82 days interval for what reason. See my complain registered on April 21, 2009 and hearing begins from Jun 11, 2009 who will take notice for wasting precious time and than the interest of consumers complain very little to seek justice or solved problem.
Why so delay for the 3rd hearing. If you people waste time and un-necessary delay for giving justice is not a justice but I think it is full of torture and pain which a complaints facing for nothing fault.
Why KESC MD or management act like dead and not ready to reply or solve my problem from root level. My problems begins due to install a new meter during 2005 Since we realize that our electricity bill amount increased but the department act as shameless and have no courage to reply a honest consumers.
I claim to get credit for the amount details as follows:
1. Normal credit for paying excess bills Rs. 5, 000
2. Installment arrears in Apr-09 bill should waived 769
3. Arrears showing (Dec 08) dated 2.12.2008 why 610
Total demand for credit adjustment Rs. 6, 379
Even I got positive support from the following 3 organizations for that reason I thanks all of them even my problems remain un-solved.
1. Karachi Chamber of Commerce vide letter Ref No.PS/KESC/09/6108 Dated Jun 2, 2009 request to allow me credit in May 09 bill but no credit allowed which means KESC never heed to request of KCCI.
2. Secretariat of Governor Sindh vide letter Ref GS/17-71/2009(SO-IV)433 Dated Jun 15, 2009 asked to removed my grievances under intimation to them but still no reply from KESC.
3. Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce & Industry vide letter Ref No.FPCCI/MA/2009 Dated Jun 18, 2009 instruct the KESC Chief Executive to solve my problem but no response for what reason best known to KESC people
Now I pray to God to give me extra courage to fight for rights and solve problems from root level change the speedy or faulty meter and If you solved my problems that you act a good Muslim and God will bless.
Second I want to convey message that I am jobless since August 2008 and my KIDNAY TRANSPLATATION was done by Rtd Col. Mukthar ( Kidney Centre ) on Dec 14, 2004. Why you people give extra tension and pain for placing a complain to take revenge and punishment so next time no one do the same mistake to hide the poor performance of KESC in the city of Karachi healthy punishment.
Ever consumers face the same treatment from KESC when ever lodge a genuine complain and seek justice. Do we have the right to protest against KESC? Is criticism a sin in the eyes of concern authority? Than who will solve problems and fight for justice.
Expecting a prompt reply from Chief Executive of KESC and Head of Mohtasib, Karachi to solve my problem and want to get credit soon otherwise guide which source I approach to get quick justice plus solved my problems.
