Caution: Beware of K. Kumar

This is to inform the public at large about the dishonest dealings of one K. Kumar of Chennai. His address and contact details are provided below.

I had sent to him Rs. 2, 000 by bank transfer on 31st December 2009 for joining his MLM program called ABCABCONLINE.COM. As per the terms of the said program, I was supposed to receive a rechargeable lamp. However, as I did not receive the lamp even after 15 days, I called him to inquire about it. He told me he would send it to me "soon". By then his website stopped functioning. Upon inquiry, he informed me that it was closed for maintenance and would be functional in "ten days' time". A few days later, I called him again to ask him about the lamp. He gave me a lame excuse about the lamp being "not available" and that he would send it to me as soon as it became available.

To cut a long story short, to date (13th March 2010) he has not sent me the lamp nor has he returned my money in spite of repeated phone calls and emails. He went on giving false assurances that he would give me a refund "soon" but he hasn't done so even though nearly 3 months have passed since I sent him the money. He has now even stopped answering my calls. It is clear from his behaviour that he has no intention of returning my money. I am posting this complaint to caution the public about the dishonest dealings of K. Kumar. He is now promoting the programs Automatic Geek, Wenetprofits and Viewbestads.
