Mis representation
On Sunday July 20, I went to our K-Mart to purchase a Memory Foam mattress topper which was advertised in the K-Mart Sale flyer. The price for the single size extra long was to be $14.95. When I had the price checked for a single size it was $66.95. When I asked a clerk why, she said "Just because it was in the flyer doesn't mean we ACTUALLY carry it. " If it is advertised, should it not LEAGALLY be available, even if you have to get a rain check to purchase one at the advertised price? And the local merchants in our town wonder why people drive 17 mile to Trinidad CO to go to Wal-Mart!!!

Nothing from china
I don't have a complaint. I wish to compliment K-Mart for selling items made in the USA. Try to find something made in the USA at Wal-MArt. I am so proud of K-Mart. I'm now a regular customer just because they sell items made in the USA. Thanks for believing in the USA products. I'm telling all my friends. We all stopped buying anything made in China. Thanks again. Luv Ya K-Mart.

Online feedback
Kmart does not value your feedback as stated on their receipt! There is no website for a survey and no $2, 500 gift card to be awarded. At least you can't find the survey if they have one. Their sister company SEARS has really gone down the tube also!

Scam and fraud
My receipt today said "Kmart values your feedback" "Tell us about your experience & you could win a $2, 500 Kmart gift card. This website tells me that this is a scam and this is not true.

Lay way problem
I put a table on lay on May 14, 2008 put $21.90 down as that were ask as a payment and then on June 9--14-28 were next payment on this bill. do to know error on my behalf, I were ask ed and lie to about the amount of money I own to the store, went I there to pick up this item. My misfortune were because error on behalf of a clerk in the store. Not that I was trying to disrespect any one in the your place of business. My wife and me was very upset about this situation because of the number game that were play with our life.

There is no feedback.com to try win $2,500
I should take stock in K-mart as much money as I spend there.They don`t like when people write checks to them they can`t cash.Why are they doing it to there customers, that hello, helped them stay in operation, when they were close to being "belly up" just a few years ago.This is no way for K-Mart to show there thanks for supporting them through there hard times.We are going through hard times, the price of gas, food prices have gone up, because of the price of gas.Thank "BIG K" for the bullshit feedback.com that does'nt even pop up because there is no such web site.

Terrible service
Receipt # 09551 032508 026 8392 Was a 20.00 phone card that was sold to me by your employee that she said I needed for my phone and then I asked her to load it on my cellphone and she agreed and proceeded to do so, Then she discovered that it was the wrong card, and told me that she could not exchange it for the right one because she had scratched the code and exposing the #s and wold not return My Money Either!! The service has aways have been inexperienced and there is never enough help on the floor and I have stopped shopping there and I am driving my friend to other stores to Chico s Wal-Mart since. The receipt says I can get a refund until 6/23/08 and I have not gotten my 20.00 back yet.

Good service
The associate helping me at the counter was very neat in appearance and helpful in my visit. I was very pleased with my service. This is not the practice of most all other stores I have visited at the jewelry counter. It is mostly a waiting process and then not so pleasant in service. Thank you so much for being so attentive to my needs. I will visit your store first when considering options of business in the future for all my needs.

Went to store and purchased some things and got a receipt that stated that u go to kmartfeedback.com and tell them about your experience and you could win 2, 500 kmart gift card but there is no site.
