Terrible experience
I don't even know if this is the right please to vent my frustration to but, vent I must! Several months ago, I purchased to 2 sets of towels from the above collection through kmart's Internet site. Several months and washes later, these same towels still bleed and leave lint all over I and my wife's face and body after every single use! My lord! We leave for work with red and yellow lint all over our faces if we're not careful to check the mirror! This is frustrating! I am surprised these towels are still on the market and being sold in "2009", as I see complaints have been made about this product in "2002! I have informed family and friends to be aware of this inferior product. They should immediately pull these towels from their inventory. There cannot possibly be any customers who are pleased with this product! What a waste of money that could have been better spent! Martha should be ashamed of herself for promoting this garbage and Kmart should be ashamed for selling it!

Misleading Advertising
I buy the Rout 66 tank tops, with the built in support...$7.99 for one or 2 for $10.00 (EVERYDAY LOW PRICE)...wow great I thought they are 30% off, according to the BIG RED AND WHITE SIGN hanging above them (Wrong-Misleading Advertising). So I proceeded to buy 4 of them...30% of $10.00 is $7.00 (RIGHT?) $3.50 a piece...great price!...WRONG..not at K-mart. Now this doesn't take Rocket Science to figure this out. But the cashier and customer lady both need to go back to 4th grade Math Class. The cashier claimed I got the discount. Before leaving the store I did the math...No, I did not...so I tell the service desk gal, I think these didn't ring up right. Well, at K-mart you get the 30% off the original price for 1 item...not the discounted price for buying 2 items...I promptly returned them. I get buy them for 2 for $10.00 EVERYDAY. After the rudeness of the customer service lady, I don't believe I will EVER shop there again. This was the Morton, IL K-mart on 4-22-09 @ 11:03am. I used to Love K-Mart.

K-Mart
Receipt says to tell them about my experience and could win a $2500 gift card.
The web site does not exist. There is one for Australia and the other one I don't know. The state I am in is not listed and I don't know what states the abreviations are for. None I have ever seen. This is false and a waste of time.

poor customer service
I have never had worse service in any store anywhere than the Quincy K-Mart. The other day I wanted to see something at the jewelry counter but was informed by the girl at the counter that it was her "break time" and she just left me standing there. I tried to get someone else to help me, and received the same "I don't care about you, it's all about me" attitude from other employees. I went to the customer service counter, and the 2 girls there were too busy talking about their Saturday night plans to even acknowledge me. I finally left and went to Wal-mart. I have not been back to K mart since and won't be. This is not by any means an isolated incident, but it was the last straw!!

look up in your homepage and there is no such things as kmart survey and can win 2.500.WHAT A BUGUS AD'S.SUCK.!!!We spend at least $150.00 dlars a weeek at least, Now I think I'm going to the other store in thr road.

vegetables
The vegetables in K-mart are disgusting I went to buy carrots for my St. Patricks day dinner. The carrots were bagged and they were rotten, moldy, & soft, really nasty. You should be ashamed of yourselves putting out that quality of food for the consumers. Needless to say I won't be buying my food there any more. If this is the quality for the fresh vegatables, what is the quality for the rest of your food?
Disappointed and disguested.

Overpricing
1. They have tried overcharging me on items numerous times. (Always look at your bill).
2. The employees are useless and nasty.
3. The check out lanes are too small.
4. They do not have available employees to assist you.
5. The place is dirty.

They Are steeling form YoU!
The True face of entire Organization (K-mart) is finally revealed... We all know that K-mart is going out of business and the should... I say WHY ME! As a honest associate I worked at k-mart for years... I have worked hard and honestly... But they do not care how hard you worked or how honest you are... They will make stuff up if they have too... few days ago Security stopped a young girl at the door when the door did not even beep... They checked her did not find any thing but to keep their jobs they had to do something so They took her to the Security office and filed that she stole so many items when I know that The items that they accused her for steeling they were in security office prior to the girl even entered the store... She could not speak very good English so they took the best advantage of that... I wanted to help her but I could not... I was going through very tough times and I did not want to lose my job... Today I have quit the job but I feel bad for that girl and ashamed at my self for not helping her... To the girl I do not even know your name but I am truly sorry what happened...But I know that the girl said WHY ME!
For You I advice that never accept anything that you have never done. No matter what they say or Do...
