False Advertising
Nov.30, 2008 I went to K-mart in Huntsville, Al to trade 2 pair of Joe Boxer sweat pants for another color and I had the worse experiance I've ever had. 3 people in front of me and I waited for over an hour. The people behind the counter was all working on a cash register shortage, 1 might ring up part of an order and then she would leave and the other one was calling her back, I've never seen anything like it that went on for more than an hour. No where on this web-site can I find a place for the survey to win $2500 gift card, this has been a joke...

I have myself entered this "contest" at least 40 times. I never hear of anyone winning. Never a list of winners to be found. What's going on with this store?

Don't Care about Employees
While working alone, day after Christmas at returns, customer got very angry and grabbed a fellow employee of mine. He threatened her and a manager came up to the Service Desk to see what the issue was. The customer verbally bashed my co-worker and the manager did absolutely nothing.
He didn't even get escorted out when the guy said (pardon my language) "I'll get this little b*tch for screwing me over. I will."
She was so distraught and shaken she immediately quit.
DO NOT WORK FOR K-MART.

false advertising
Store advertised ( games ) buy one, get one free,
(same price or one of lower value ). One whole
section with same advertisement on each shelf, but
when I get to check out, the teller said the games I had were not the ones on sale. If this were true, the
games should not have been stacked on shelves with
on sale items, plus I picked items shone in paper,
(Operation & mouse trap ) You tell me?

When I entered "kmartfeedback.com", I found no place to enter any feedback at all. Is this a scam? I think so! Too bad, as I had a very good experience at the Manistee, Michigan K-Mart! You need to update this website, or be "real" about whether this is a valid source for any feedback! I won't enter any more in the future. Your loss.

Pricing
K-Mart had a double coupon sale for a few days in mid November. I purchased some items at the Kmart Super Store on 11/14. The following day I went to Kmart to purchase a few more things. When I got to the check out I was told they would not honor the double coupons, it was only at the Super Stores. I thought Kmart was Kmart. Obviously I was wrong. Whats up with that?????????
Also where is your kmartfeedback.com to register for gift card?

waiting
went to the k-mart on lemay ferry to buy a new drill&flashlight set and stood around for someone to unlock cabnet where they were kept. person on floor called for someone to come and unlock it but nobody showed up. as was getting ready to leave person that called for someone to unlock it came by and asked if they showed up and i told them they hadn't.she offered to call again but like i told her they just lost a sale so went to home depot and bought what i wanted with no hassle.

Web site feedback
I just now finished filling out K-Mart's feedback survey without any problems. Went straight to site, entered Rx # and completed survey. As a matter of fact I have completed a few K-Mart surveys. I think these people either don't know what they are doing or have a problem with their computer and/or connection.

Don't have a complaint. Had to put something in that line, (plastic surgery). I went to the site kmartfeedback.com the first try. Used avg search. No problemO". What is it you people want, a free 2500 dollar gift card for nothing but filling out a couple of lines? Get real people. These surveys better the stores ability to service their customers. If you have a complaint about shopping at your KMart, then the survey is where to state that fact. Because you don't get a gift card, or be able to find the site, cry me a river. Most of you can't even spell KMart.
