check out capabilities
October 25th 2008, first off you get a shopping cart, it's slipper due to the fact it has afro sheen on it. Mens sweet pants and tops sign says only $5.00, does not say any thing about x-large or double -x. I get to the check out and the cashier informs me that the $5.00 does not pertain to bouble x. Checking out, what a experience, two cashiers at check-out, the lady at the jewelry counter could not take check outs, and oh by the way she was just standing behind the counter. I went to electronics section, another joke, that individual was dusting counters, and informed me to go to the check out register. Customer service at the trotwood k-mart
is very deplorable. I will have to be very desperate,

SURVEY SCAMS
I RESPONDED TO A BLURB ON MY REGISTER RECEIPT REGARDING A SATISFACTION SURVEY, ETC. I LOGGED ON TO THE SITE. THEY ASKED MY NAME, ADDRESS, E-MAIL, ETC. SOUNDED LIKE LEGITIMATE REQUESTS. NEVER GOT TO ANY SURVEY. PAGE 2 STARTED ASKING ME TO CHECK IF I WAS INTERESTED IN ANY SERVICES PROVIDED BY NUMEROUS COMPANIES LISTED. NEVER WENT TO PAGE 3, AS I KNEW I COULD BE ON-LINE FOR 2 DAYS CHECKING INTERESTS. THEY USUALLY GET DOWN TO..IF YOU DON'T CHECK AN INTEREST, THEN YOU DON'T GET REGISTERED FOR THE $2, 500.00 DRAWING. SO I CLICKED OUT. I DON'T KNOW WHO OR HOW MANY SEVICES THEY GAVE MY NAME TO. IN 2 DAYS I HAVE RECEIVED 71 SPAM MAILS. 71. TO GET OFF SOME OF THEM I WOULD HAVE TO OPEN THE MAIL, AND HOPE THEY HAD AN OPT OUT LINK. WELL, THAT'S NOT GOOD. IF I TIGHTEN DOWN MY SPAM FILTER I MIGHT MISS SOME MAIL FROM FRIENDS/FAMILY BECAUSE OF THE STRICT FILTERS. WHAT TO DO????? LARRY DICKSON

FALSE ADVERTISING
SALES SLIP SAID, "TELL US ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE, AND YOU COULD WIN A 42, 500.00 KMART GIFT CARD." WHEN I ACCESSED THEIR LISTED WEB ADDRESS, I HAD TO REGISTER MY NAME, ADDRESS, ETC. IT SAID I HAD TO HAVE THE 19 DIGIT SALES SLIP NUMBER AVAILABLE. NEVER WAS ASKED FOR THIS, OR A SURVEY TO LIST MY SHOPPING EXPIERENCE. I WAS BOMBARDED WITH OFFERS FROM MANY, MANY OTHER COMPANIES. CHECK YES/NO IF I WANTED MORE INFO FROM THESE COMPANIES. THEN I HAD TO REGISTER WITH THEM. MORE ACCESS TO MY PERSONAL INFO. SOME GOT DOWN TO I HAD TO REQUEST INFO, OR I COULD NOT ADVANCE ANY FURTHER. why Do We have Voice a Complaint

As I began to put away my receipt I observed
" K-mart Values Your Feedback, Tell us about your experience & you could win a $2, 500 Kmart gift card".
Well to be honest I really don't know if thats true. My questions is why would companies, or busniesses market such types of appetitements? I feel like most people nobody never wins, it's fake, and a scam. I have also concluded that the receipt number must be enter as the confirmation code. At the end of the Kmartfeedback.com I am advised to complet the survey, you will need the 19 digit receipt number from my purchase. It is not clear once you open the website where to type in the receipt number. I suppose my receipt # is to enter confirmation code.

this is not a scam I have filled out the surveys and made some complaints about the store in my town and the manger of the store called me to discuss the problems I had encountered while there I was very satisfied with the attention that I recieved and will continue to fill these survey's out

Decline of check
I went to my neighborhood K-Mart, wrote a check, showed my drivers license, and the cashier said it was declined. Of course the customer in line behind me heard everything. I told the cashier something is wrong!
She asked how I wanted to pay for it and I gave her my debit card and told her to run it as credit. Of course it cleared. Then she started to put my declined check in her drawer and I said give me my check since it's declined, She said, "I think I have to keep it, but I will ask at the desk and make sure" Well what do you think happened next? Not only does the customer behind me know of the declined check now all three other people at the desk know. I WAS SO EMBARASSED and I knew it was a good check.
I just opened the account at the Credit Union two weeks before. She gave me my check back.
I was just reassured how much I need to continue to only take my shopping to either Meijer or Walmart.
Not only was my good check declined by a bad software program CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS.

$2500 feedback survey
Uhm, I've been reading all these complaints about the kmartfeedback.com and how it doesn't exist so I was like "hey, I should look at this" so I got someone's reciept number off one of their complaints saying they wanted their number entered and I put in the reciept number and it asked me a bunch of qwuestions and it was going to let me enter the person but I need their name and all that so yeah, but the website worked for me sooooo...
