Survery
I shopped at K-Mart today. I returned home to go on-line to enter the survey. I could not access the website to enter. The website I was instructed to go to was kmartfeedback.om.
I would like to be enterered in the $2500 gift card contest.

Reciept says to give feedbeck and be registered for $2, 500.00 gift card and the web site doesn"t even exist. What a bunch of poppcock!!!

Contest address
After reading complaints dated 2007, you are still handing out receipts to enter contest for $2, 500.
I got one yesterday 9/2/08 with same info but find it impossible to find your email address. I called the store and they told me the same thing. What gives????? Do we have to resort by calling Better Businss Bureau for false advertising. Not Nice!!! I would like to hear from you so I could enter the contest.

False advertisement
Tent was advertised on sale on the date of august 10 thru the 16th 2008 said tent did not exist the eagle river tent as advertised for 99.99 after driving 26 miles to reach said k-mart only to be told not only do they not have it they don't expect to get any the employee just in called vienna store with the same result the k-mart store in south p-burg had 6or 7 in stock marietta store would not try to get the tent sent to marietta this is not the only time marietta k-mart has done this type of thing to our family.

customer service
I am writing to you to complain about the store in general.. I have shopped there for many years and to tell you the truth the store leaves me out of sorts.. I go in there and your sales people are rude and never say hello when you go to the cashier.. They over charge me on several ocasions and then I have to go to customer service and get a refund.. I had an instance about a week ago. When I was out in the parking lot, I dropped my keys down the storm drain and then I proceeded back into your store.. I went to customer service and asked them what they could do for me.. I was told that I was ON MY OWN>. They never even asked me if they could summon the police for me to help me out.. I did, however, had the assistance of one of your employees, to use his brain and concocted a device out of a fly swatter handle and fished my keys out of the storm drain out in the parking lot.. I was so very grateful that I did get some help from a kind human being and gave him a tip.. I then thanked him for his help since I was in a bind and already late to pick up my son from work.. That gentleman should be commended.. I think that his name might have been Jordan. Your store never has the things that are on sale and if so very limited quantities.. I am disappointed and would like to keep shopping there, since I am only around the corner and like I said I have shopped there ever since they opened the store way back when.. Customer service isn't what it used to be.. Things need to change and change fast. I am wondering what the next generation of sales people will be.. I have worked retail for many a year and I was always told the customer is always right and should be courteous when you are out on the floor doing your job.. Thank you for your time in this matter.. Again K-Mart should be a nice place to shop.

false advertising contest
it advertises at bottom of receipt to share your shopping experience for a chance at a 2500. k-mart gift card. there is no such website it just took me to the store site with nothing about any contest

survey scam
The receipt tells you to go to kmartfeedback.com to complete a survey for a chance to win $2500. There is not a survey. It was a waste of my time as well as false advertising.
