Dont offer a item on your website unless it is available. I was looking for a pair of in-line skates, and I liked the ones advertised on-line until I found out after putting in all of my information and credit card info that the particular item was not available. Dont make consumers go thru all of the trouble of ordering an item when it is not available. K2 exo skates are only available in mens size 6, what percentage of the population of men in the world wear size 6? I would have to say not many! I called customer service and they did not know if the itrem would be restocked or if it was going to discontinue. They suggested I try back later. What a joke, thats no service at all!!
