refund owed
K2smokes owes me over $200 in cigarettes or refund. They keep telling me that they are "researching" the problem and to be "patient". I can't check with the Post Office since I never received anything stating that the cigarettes were being held at the Post Office awaiting my signature.
I'm sure many other people have had this same problem. I sure would like my 9 cartons of cigarettes or my money refunded.
I can't suggest the k2smokes website to anyone.

no delivery or refund
I placed an order on 12/17/2009. Still no product on 3/10/2010. Emailed three times and no response. Evidently a ripoff site.

RIPPED OFF AGAIN
I ORDERED AND PAID FOR 9 CARTONS IN JULY AND ONLY RECEIVED 6.SENT CONSTANT E-MAILS TO SOLVE IT THAT WENT UNANSWERED.THEN LIKE AN IDIOT I PLACED A 6 CARTON ORDER DEC 31ST THAT TO DATE I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE.I DO HOW EVER GET ADVERTISEMENTS ABOUT THERE PRODUCTS. SO I GOT TAKEN FOR ALITTLE OVER A HUNDRED. GOT CONTACTED ONCE BY AN INDIVIDUAL CALLING HIMSELF BRIAN WILSON. YET STILL NO ANSWERS TO MANY E-MAILS TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.SO ANY ONE THINKING OF USING THIS COMPANY RUN DON'T WALK AWAY CAUSE THE ONLY THING YOU WILL RECEIVE IS AIR AND EXPENSIVE AIR AT THAT. YOU WILL BE WAITING A VERY VERY LONG TIME AND THE ONLY THING YOU WILL GET IS FRUSTRATION OF BEING RIPPED OFF. SINCERELY JASON La Roche

Never received order
Have placed 2 order's with this company...Received my first order but have yet to receive the second one...Ordered it back in Oct 2009. Received an e-mail from Julia asking me to wait another they were moving there company and would get back to shipping first class. Yes I may of only lost 60.oo dollars but I could have done other things with that cash. I will not be placing an order with them again. Did not realize this company was a scam till my e-mail inbox was full of e-mails from ppl regarding this company saying it was a scam and posting the same e-mail I got from a lady called Julia.

kept my $$ and didn't get my cigarettes
I purchased my cigarettes online and never got them. This company kept my money and won't respond to any of my e-mails. I ordered these cigarettes on November 9, 2009. They are a total scam and ripped me off! DO NOT buy ANYTHING from K2Smokes!!!

Found International Complaint Board for k2smokes
Found an INTERNATIONAL COMPLAINT BOARD for all of us who have been ripped off by k2smokes. Go to http://www.econsumer.gov/english/index.shtm. Maybe if enough of us file complaints, someone with enough power will finally shut these *%^*$^& down!Friend and I together ripped off 308.81. Did not receive our orders. On one order I was supposedly given a credit on my account. When I ordered using this credit, they still charged me. When I informed them of this, they actually responded to my e-mail with a "We don't see any of our records showing that we charged you. Send us a copy of your statement showing this charge and we will take care of it." Yep! You guessed it. There's no address for me to send anything to. And Yep! You guessed it again. They will no longer respond to my request for a mailing address.

Just wonder what happened to turn this company?! I have ordered from K2Smokes for years with good experiences...always here in 10 days, maybe couple weeks! Last order was placed months back never arrived. Why would a somewhat upstanding business suddenly turn scam operation??? I can't believe some of the replies some of you are getting from them!

Fraud
K2Smokes is an online fraud company. They ripped me off for $60.00. I paid by echeck (the only option they offer) which they promptly cashed. Almost three months later the order never arrived. My numerous emails to K2Smokes "customer service" (what a laugh!!) are completely ignored. Save your money and pay a little more to buy from an Indian reservation. At least they are honest, which is more than I can say for K2smokes. A complete scam.

K2smokes is a complete ripoff and a scam. They make you pay by Echeck. My order never arrived, and they will not answer any emails. You are better off throwing your money in the trash. Thank heavens they only took me for $50.00. Save your money, and stay away from this scam company.

Scam Fraud Cheat Steal Rob
K2Smokes cheated me out of over $140. They never sent my order, and they never respond to any emails. I wish I had searched their name before ordering from them, as many sites complain about them being liars, cheats, and con artists.
Avoid these crooks at all costs. You are forced to pay with an e-check, so you have to recourse with your bank to get your money back.
They are thieves.
