stole over $200 from me, never shipped my orders. Ignored my emails, phone cannot be reached. They also go by Astral internet system group. Do not order from this company.

I ordered from K2 in May of 2009. Sometime around then they had a change of ownership ( purportedly). Cigs never received, but finally...months later, reeived a credit.

Used the credit to order.

I ordered 6 cartons of Dunhill cigarettes from K2Smokes.com (now advertising under the URL of RebelSmokes.com) on July 18th, 2009. They never arrived, and the company sends me the same email response, saying it is the postal system and just wait longer, each time I email them. It is now September 16th, 2009. They are thieves. I want my money back. Any suggestions? Who can I complain to?

I have ordered from K2smokes.com, on april 01, 2009, and I was suppose to receive my 6 cartons of cigarettes between April 13, 2009 and April 23, 2009, and still I have nothing. Then on May 01, 2009 and I was suppose to receive my 6 cartons of cigarettes between May 11, 2009 and May 21, 2009, and still I have nothing. July 03, 2009 I placed 1 last order with this company and I was suppose to receive my cigarettes between July 13, 2009 and July 23, 2009 and again I have nothing. I signed up for recurring orders and very quickly I cancelled the recurring orders. The telephone number that is the main office for k 2 smokes is in Deer Field Beach, Florida the telephone number is 954-650-5789, be sure to leave a message because the man does call people back because he has talked to me Now all I can tell k2smokes.com is that I want my money refunded. If there is any one out there who still wants to buy your cigarettes on line where they are cheaper all you have to do is to go to www.my-cigs.com this is a very good company because on July 01, 2009 I sent an order for 6 cartons and on July 02, 2009 the company started to process the order and then on July 10, 2009 the order was sent to the warehouse and on July 17, 2009 the warehouse mailed my ordcer out to me and as of July 24, 2009 I have my complete order, this company will send you an e mail with every step from the day you place your order until it is sent out to you, try them because they are a good company.
