I placed an order for some Arts and Crafts meterials from this website. I received a confirmaiton of my order, but then didn't hear anything regarding its shipment or an update for a week. I then emailed their customer service and did not receive a reply. I then Googled the business name and found several online complaints against this business.

I then initiated a dispute with PayPal, the method which i paid for the goods. Within an hour I received a phone call from the owner (Kim). She explained that she was the sole employee of the business and worked from home raising her two kids, and that she had been sick for about a year and the business suffered during that time and that is when all of the negative comments had been made. My order had been held due to the fact that she didn't have all of the items in stock, and she deeply apologized and said she would ship me two shipments to complete my order. She said the second shipment would be sent later that week.

I felt bad for her and later that day i received a shipment confirmation for the first part of my order. A week later I had not heard from her regarding the second shipment. Several emails and phone calls and messages later, I still have not heard from her. Unfortunately, my PayPal dispute was automatically closed when she provided the first tracking number. I think she knew this would be the action from PayPal and has now decided not to ship the rest of my order.

Thankfully, I called PayPal and explained my situation and they were able to resolve my situation to my satisfaction.

Too bad this business will continue to operate in this way. Hopefully someone will see this complaint and move on to a more reputable business.

I ordered an item from them in good faith. They took my money through Paypal and never sent my order. I'm not certain if they're a scam and don't exist. They never reply to emails or phone calls. I think whoever is behind this is just laughing their heads off. Is there any way to remove this website so other people don't get ripped off? Paypal will refund my money, but what they are doing is illegal.

I ordered paper for my wedding invitations on 4/20/09 and money was taken out of my checking account immediately. I received an e-mail stating that my order was processed, but it never changed. I tried calling and the number is disconnected and no one returns my e-mails.

Apparantly I am looking for a "Kim" from Troy Ohio??? I hope she goes to jail for scamming innocent people.

I am calling my bank tomorrow to dispute the charges.
