Dear Sir,
As i am the regulare user of your product and i have all your product at home just now i have purchase LG Colour TV and the way given service is exellent.
But regarling cell phone i am facing problem since one year as i have not take matter as serioursly due time but i feel to give you one feed back the way your service station has deal with me is pethetic.
i have take mobile No. LG-RD3600 one year before serial no. 904ipmk0122651.
We have first two three month shown to local seller in borivali as new pcs has problem of auto swich off.
After nine moth finally i have shown to LG Service station and they have change the PCB in April but problem is not solve at that time. i am using mobile by charge and charging is over after 10 to 15 minuts once charge is taken out mobile get switch off.
I personally finally visited your service station and they have make the bill of 1500 which is reduculas as mobile is still under warranttee.
Please revert as early as immidiately and i know you people are very much bother about customer and help me out.
One more good thing want to tell you that i have one more mobile which exellent so i expect second one also be exellent.
