Dear Sir,
This is with reference to my booking for new Broadband connection at my residence In Dapodi
I opted for BSNL over other private service providers, with a expectation that BSNL as having a good infrastructure & will able to provide a better service & connectivity.
However after one month of follow up for Telephone connection & later for Broadband connection, I have come to an conclusion that I was wrong in selecting BSNL.
You may be having a good technical infrastructure but your staff lacks in the attitude & service to the customer, & are still with the same old mindset, as it used to be 5/10 years before .Even after my daily follow up for connection to your exchange, they don’t know the status & reply are too much casuals to believe.
This is why you have lost 46 lakh connections in 2007-08, & further to loose more this year. As per the MOS for communications & IT Mr Jyotiraditya scindia one of the reason for withdrawal for connection include preference of private operator over you in terms of service to the customers.
Here I take this opportunity to bring some typical answer / approach of your staff, which are as follows,
1) one will say concern person not at his seat, other will say he has not come.
2) One will say its not my departments problem, it is the other department involved
3) Instead of themselves to check the problem, they will direct us to check with the other department.
4) Even though the timings are till 5.30, they will stop collecting payment at 4.00 pm .
5) While me speaking to them over phone they will hold the call for personal talks.
6) Are not aware of the status, problem, tent connection date nor will call on own for the feedback.
7) Are rude in talks & are happily ready to accept the disconnection proposals.
The list seem endless ………….
With all these above grivences, I do expect a prompt response, sorry…. just a response or else will be one more addition to your withdrawal list .
Plz change yourself for betterment of BSNL….
