As per the attachment enclosed, a letter has been issued by compliance cell to the concerned employer to get necessary statutory dues and Returns so that claims, if submitted by the employees of establishment, may be settled in future.
Claim forms submitted by you, have already been returned (as mentioned by your in previous mails) so settlement of PF account is not possible. You are advised to submit claim forms along with
1-This office letter dt.30/12/2009 and
2-An application stating that your claim forms will be settled as and when this office recovers PF dues from the concerned employer.
Consequently when PF dues are recovered from the concerned employer, your claim forms will be settled.

SIR,

1. You have desired to submit an Application mentioning that my claim forms will you settled as and when your office recovers PF dues form the concerned employer. Your letter implies that my claim will not be settled if dues are not recovered from the firm. This statement is not acceptable to me.

2. since this are for the Government to recover dues from the firm, and in case the firm fails to submit the dues lawful action may be taken against it. Hence I am not inclined to submit the application as mentioned in Para 1. above. I once again request you to get my claim settled at the earliest.


I hope you will find the above in order. I now again request you to kindly do the needful and arrange to release my PF claim as soon as possible.

This has reference no-095328to the letter of register complain dated 13.10.2009 & reference no-CPM60/DL/32460/08/1348 letter dated-30.12.2009 I have received from your Regional Office, North Delhi (both copies enclosed for your ready reference)
In the above mention context till today I am not able to get my withdrawal from RPFC Wazirpur New Delhi.

The RPFC Wazirpur New Delhi has failed to get settled my case despite instruction by your good office.

I hope you will lesion to me and again give special instructions to RPFC Wazipur New Delhi for settlement of my case at the earliest hoping for early action
